Electrical balance-of-plant supplier for one unit of the Clean Fuels Project.
The challenge
What we walked into.
The unit specification covered 22 transformers (up to 30 MVA), 18 MCC sections, 4 medium-voltage switchgear lineups, and 180+ motors ranging from 5 kW to 6 MW. All to API and IEEE standards with specific buyer-named manufacturers.
Approach
How we delivered.
- 01Pre-qualified each equipment manufacturer against the buyer's approved-vendor list and engineering specification.
- 02Conducted factory acceptance testing at each manufacturer's facility with the buyer's witness.
- 03Managed packaging, marine insurance and consolidated delivery to Shuwaikh Port.
- 04Coordinated post-delivery technical support with the manufacturers.
