1. Independent supplier status
The Power Contractor is an independent industrial sourcing house and EPC contractor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized as an exclusive distributor of any of the manufacturers whose products or part numbers we reference on this site.
Where we describe ourselves, we use the phrase "independent global supplier" and never "authorized distributor", "official partner", or any other wording that implies endorsement.
2. Use of third-party trademarks
All product names, brand names, model numbers, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. The Power Contractor is an independent global supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized as an exclusive distributor of any of the manufacturers mentioned. Brand and model identifiers are used solely to describe the original equipment to which our supply or service relates (nominative fair use).
Brand names, product names, model numbers and part numbers referenced on this site are the registered and unregistered trademarks of their respective owners. Such references are used solely to identify the original equipment to which our supply or service relates.
This use is consistent with the doctrine of nominative fair use under US trademark law (and equivalent doctrines in other jurisdictions): a third party may use a trademark to refer to the trademark owner's products, provided (a) the product is not readily identifiable without the trademark, (b) only so much of the trademark is used as is reasonably necessary, and (c) the use does not falsely suggest sponsorship or endorsement.
3. Authenticity & sourcing
All equipment we supply is new, genuine OEM equipment. We do not deal in refurbished, second-hand, counterfeit, or grey-market parts.
Every shipment is accompanied by manufacturer documentation, serial-number traceability and our written guarantee of authenticity. Third-party inspection at origin (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) is welcomed and can be arranged.
4. No warranty by The Power Contractor
The manufacturer's standard warranty applies to all equipment we supply, on the terms set by the original manufacturer. The Power Contractor does not extend, modify, or replace any manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing on the relevant quotation or contract.
5. Removal requests
If you are a trademark owner and believe that any content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us at info@pc-cn.com with the relevant URLs and a description of the concern. We respond within 10 business days.
6. Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where local law in your jurisdiction provides for stronger protection of trademark owners or buyers, that local law applies to the extent of the conflict.
