Do you supply refurbished or second-hand equipment?

No. We supply new, genuine OEM equipment only. Each item ships with manufacturer documentation, serial-number traceability and our written guarantee of authenticity.

What is the typical lead time?

In-stock items ship within 7–14 business days. Made-to-order or specialised equipment ranges from 4–12 weeks. Project EPC equipment is scheduled to project plan.

Which Incoterms® do you quote on?

Standard quotes are FOB or CIF. We can also quote EXW, FAS, CFR, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU or DDP on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Letter of credit (LC), telegraphic transfer (TT), and wire are standard. PayPal and major credit cards are accepted for smaller orders.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — bulk orders and annual supply agreements unlock progressive pricing. Tell us your order size and we will quote accordingly.

How do you verify product authenticity?

Original manufacturer packaging, certificates of origin, serial numbers verifiable with the manufacturer, complete documentation, and the option of third-party inspection at origin (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Intertek).

Are you an authorized distributor of [brand]?

No. We are an independent global supplier. Brand names are referenced descriptively only. See our trademark notice for details.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide, with deep operational presence across MENA. Logistics is sea, air or land depending on destination, urgency, and order size.
